How to Give Your Eyes Some Valentine’s Day Love This Year

Eye Diseases CHULA VISTA, CA

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, don’t forget to take care of yourself this Valentine’s Day. And even though treating yourself to a massage or a facial are both great ways to get pampered, we at California Retina Associates have created a list of a few ways for you to take care of your vision.

Get Eye Drops

Dry eye is a normal part of the winter season; especially when it’s really dry and windy out. If you have started to notice that your eyes tear a lot or that they feel really dry and uncomfortable, then come into our office for an exam. Depending on how severe your dry eye is, we may recommend something as small as over-the-counter eye drops or we may recommend another form of in-office treatment.

Get An Eye Exam

Eye exams aren’t just the perfect excuse for us to see your face, but they are also the best way for us to check your vision, look for eye diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration, and change your glasses or contact lens prescription.

Get New Glasses

If you wear glasses everyday but haven’t gotten some new frames in a while, then treat yourself to a pair of fun new frames this Valentines Day. As your, arguably, most warn accessory, your eyeglasses are what people see when they first meet you. Whether you want something more subtle like some wire-framed glasses or something more bold like thick framed glasses, you can find a pair that fits your face shape and your personality.

Treat your vision to a Valentine’s Day that you won’t soon forget. To schedule your eye examination, contact us at our Chula Vista office and call us at 619.425.7755.
